On Friday and Saturday, March 28-29, TA drama students performed The Actor's Nightmare at the State Drama Festival at Otter Valley High School in Brandon, VT. While in attendance, students participated in theater workshops, watched some excellent plays, and offered and received peer feedback pertaining to the shows. Their performance went very well, and individual awards went to Liam Gundlach and Bayley Day for Excellence in Acting, to Sadie Shelton for Outstanding Stage Management, and to Victoria Isquith for her Outstanding Work in Lighting. Thetford Academy's production received a school award forExcellence in Comedic Style. After a parent Annual Fund mailing and three phonathons held March 26, April 1, and April 2, the extraordinarily generous parent body came through for Thetford Academy with more than 140 Annual Fund pledges worth over $23,000 to date.
